Participates in the development of regional programs for the development of supervised industries and monitors, prepares information on the implementation of acts of the President and resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regional programs, resolutions of the Akimat, decisions and orders of the akim of the region on issues of its competence. Assistance in ensuring stable supply of heat, electricity, natural gas to the region; Assistance in providing the region with liquefied petroleum gas; Accounting for the supply of liquefied petroleum gas, reporting and analysis of the consumption of liquefied petroleum gas, monitoring its cost; Distribution of quotas of liquefied petroleum gas allocated to the region between gas grid organizations. coordinates the subordinate enterprises of the region on the preparation of facilities for operation in autumn-winter conditions, coal harvesting for the heating period; Controls the preparation and implementation of repair and restoration work on heating networks, electricity and gas supply networks and their functioning in the autumn-winter period.
