Development of a forecast of socio-economic development of the district.
Reviewing budget requests and setting a limit
administrators of budget programs.
Organizes work on the implementation of the district budget.
Assigns district communal property to district communal legal entities.
Transfers transfers to local governments on a monthly basis, taking into account the actual receipt and return (offset) of excessively (mistakenly) paid amounts of taxes
