Coordination of the work of local executive bodies on the implementation of state and government programs, industrial-innovative projects, promotion of projects in development institutions, analysis and selection of innovative and investment projects of the region according to the criteria in the Map of industrialization, development of the real sector of the economy, small and medium-sized enterprises, tourism, the implementation of measures to increase the share of Kazakhstani and local content, the implementation of investment and innovation policies, the development of the Saryarka Special Economic Zone, the development of digitalization of the real sector of the economy and small and medium enterprises, tourism, and the implementation of public-private partnership projects.

Ensuring the implementation of the policy of the Head of State, government decisions and resolutions of the regional akimat in matters of coordination and practical implementation of state policy in the field of agriculture, nature management, land use. Coordination of activities of government bodies and non-state production infrastructures in the reform of the agricultural sector, nature management, land use and entrepreneurship.

Ensuring the implementation of the policy of the Head of State, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and resolutions of the akimat of the region in matters of coordination and practical implementation of state policy in the field of energy and housing and communal services, the formation of a tariff policy in the communal sphere, preparation and passage of the heating season, and emergency response.

Ensuring the activities of the Assembly of the region, the implementation of decisions and instructions of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and its Chairman - the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Assembly Council and Vice-Chairmen Carrying out state policy in the field of public harmony and national unity and the implementation in the region of the Development Concept of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan until 2025.
