Department of Digitalization, quality control of public services and Monitoring of the State Institution "Office of the Akim of Zhanaozen"

In its daily activities, the department is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts regulating the work of the civil service system, regulatory legal acts of akim, akimat and chief of staff, internal regulations, regulations of the department, regulations of the state institution "Office of Akim of Zhanaozen" and rules, official and special instructions, orders, adopted in accordance with the procedure established by the Regulations and be guided by the orders.

Ensures the quality and accessibility of public services. Quality control of the provision of public services and monitoring of the work on the provision of public services by state institutions subordinate to the Akim's Office of the city.
