Communication and Automation of Public Services division
General information
The scope of operation of the division includes coordination and control of activities in such areas as telecommunications, mobile communications, development of 3G and 4G. The employees of the department supervise the issues of access to the Internet, including through the laying of fiber-optic communication lines throughout the region to provide the population of the region with a high-quality Internet. Consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities regarding mobile communications and Internet access connection.
Division tasks:
- Ensuring interaction with authorized bodies in the field of digitalization and automation of public services;
- Coordination of work on the implementation of digital technologies in the main industries of digitalization;
Division functions:
- Analysis, coordination and control over the implementation of measures for the implementation of the state program "Digital Kazakhstan" in the Almaty region;
- Carrying out events to popularize projects in the field of digitalization implemented in the Almaty region;
- Analysis of information and other materials coming from executive bodies financed from the budget of the Almaty region and other authorized bodies on the provision of public services;
- Consideration of applications from individuals and legal entities;
- Organization of meetings, meetings of commissions and working groups on issues within the competence of the division;
- Interaction with all state bodies in the process of preparing certificates, information, analytical materials on the implementation of instructions of the regional akim, the head of the department on issues within the competence of the division;
- Ensuring that measures are taken to optimize and automate the processes of providing public services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in agreement with the authorized body in the field of informatization;
- Monitoring and analysis to provide the population with the Internet;
- Exercise of other powers determined by the management of the department.
