Department of digitalization and quality control of public services of the akim's office of the Tselinograd district

The main functions of the Department are:

ensuring the improvement of the quality of public services in the territory of the Tselinograd district;

analysis of the state and prospects for the development of public services, makes proposals to eliminate existing shortcomings;

within the scope of competence, consideration of requests from service recipients;

taking measures aimed at restoring violated rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of service recipients;

ensuring professional development of employees in the field of public services;

the exercise of other powers in the interests of local government imposed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The task of the Department:

organization of interaction with the executive bodies of the Tselinograd district, funded from the local budget on the provision of public services.
