Office of the mayor of Bostandyk district

The Department of improvement is a structural division of the municipal state institution "Office of the akim of the Bostandyk district of Almaty" (hereinafter - the Department), headed by the head of the Department.
In its activity the Department is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, constitutional laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan", "About Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and status of its deputies", "About the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan", laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About local state management and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On combating corruption", "On state service", "About administrative procedures", "On normative legal acts", "On the procedure of consideration of physical and legal persons», acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, maslikhat, akimat and akim of Almaty, akim of the district, strategy "Kazakhstan-2050": a new political course of the established state, regulations on the municipal state institution "Office of akim of Bostandyk district of Almaty", rules of improvement of the territory of Almaty, rules of maintenance and protection of green spaces of Almaty, rules for keeping animals in Almaty, regulations of the office of akim of Bostandyk district of Almaty and this regulation.
The structure and staffing of the Department are approved by the district akim in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
