The Department for the Development of Budget Investment Policy and Public-Private Partnerships selects and evaluates investment proposals, compiles and approves a list of priority budget investment projects for the coming three-year period. It carries out selection, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of budget investment projects as well as public-private partnership projects, participates in determining the development priorities of the city of Shymkent, developing and implementing strategies and plans for the investment policy of the city of Shymkent.
