About management
- Preparation and submission of a report on the execution of the city budget in accordance with the procedure established by the Central authorized body for budget execution;
- Ensures timely submission of an individual financing plan for obligations and payments by budget program administrators;
- Ensures budget monitoring of the targeted use and development of financial resources allocated from the Republican and city budgets;
- implementation of accounting and monitoring of budget loans allocated for the construction of residential buildings ;
- monitoring of securities for housing construction within the framework of state and government programs;
- Implementation of state obligations under public-private partnership projects, including state concession obligations;
- Provides training on the results of the year of reports on the effectiveness of the administrators of budget programs funded from the city budget;
- Preparation of responses in accordance with the established procedure to written and oral requests of individuals and legal entities on issues of city budget execution;
- Analyzes the achievement of the goals and objectives of the strategic plan of the state body and territorial development programs in relation to budget expenditures, including within the framework of budget investments, including the implementation of targeted transfers for development.
