General information
The organizational, state-legal division of the district akim's office provides communication of the district akim with authorized and Executive bodies, controls the execution of acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the government, decisions and orders of the regional akim, instructions of the district akim, the chief of staff. The legal basis of the Department's work is the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President, Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decisions and orders of the district akim, Regulations on the office of the district akim. In its practical work, the Department interacts with other district structural divisions, district maslikhat, and other state bodies.
