Representative of the Human Rights Commissioner in Karaganda region

The Representative Office of the Commissioner for the Karaganda Region is a territorial subdivision of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Commissioner approves the representatives' duties. The representative exercises authority on behalf of the Commissioner within the scope of their duties and upon the Commissioner's instructions within the relevant administrative-territorial unit.
