Common Department of the office of the mayor of Tarbagatay district

The main functions and activities of the Department:

- provides documentation support for the staff, determines the procedure for working with documents and is responsible for their quality, ensures the improvement of office work, makes a proposal to the management of the staff to optimize the document flow;

- organizes work on operational accounting, passing, consideration for sending unclassified correspondence, analyzes the nature of incoming documents;

- ensures that the staff meets The requirements Of the law on languages in terms of parity of record keeping in the Kazakh and Russian languages;

- provides registration and consideration of letters and applications, organizes work on the reception of citizens;

- organizes the work of the Commission for the examination of the value of documents of the apparatus, provides temporary storage of archival documents, subsequent processing and transfer them to the state archive;

- makes indexes of departments of the apparatus, nomenclature of Affairs of the apparatus;

- provides ordering and accounting of blanks, envelopes, stamps;

- conducts training of staff of the office of record keeping, provides methodological assistance to the offices of rural district Mayors in the organization of documentation;

- keeps stamp seals;

- organizes the work on monitoring and checking compliance with the Laws of Kazakhstan, Decrees of the President of Kazakhstan, Government Decrees, decisions, orders of akim of East Kazakhstan region, decrees of akimat, decisions and orders of akim of the district, the decree of the district akimat.

- Guided by the Instructions and Rules approved by the Ministry of Finance and departments of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- Accounting, control over the targeted use of budget funds of the akim's office, ensures the safety of accounting documents;

- Implementation of organizational work and material and technical support of events held by the mayor of the district;

- Responsible for the current repair and technical condition of buildings of the mayor's office;

- Daily organization and provides control over the work of technical workers and material and technical base.
