The Maslikhat of the Bayterek district (local representative body) is an elected body elected by the population of the district, expressing the will of the population and, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, determining the measures necessary for its implementation and controlling their implementation. The Maslikhat of the Bayterek district does not have the rights of a legal entity.
The activities of the maslikhat of the Bayterek district are regulated by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
