Akimat of Kamystinsky district
General information
Kamysty district is located in the southwestern part of Kostanay region and was founded in 1936. Kamysty district borders in the north with Denisovsky and Taranovsky districts, in the west with Zhitikary district, in the southwest with Aktobe and Orenburg regions, in the south with Dzhangeldy district, in the east with Nauruzum and Auliekol districts. The length of the region's borders with the Russian Federation is 22.5 km.
The district center is Kamysty settlement, located in the northwest of Kamysty district.
