The main tasks of the Municipal State Institution
"Zhetisu Tourist Information Center" are:

Information support for the development of the tourism industry of the Zhetisu region.
Formation, systematization and dissemination of information about the tourism potential of the region.
Promotion of tourism resources and the tourism brand of the Zhetisu region at the national and international levels.
Promoting the development of domestic and inbound tourism.

In accordance with the assigned tasks, the Institution performs the following main functions::

Provision of tourist information and consulting services to individuals and legal entities.
Collection, analysis, processing and dissemination of information about tourist routes, tourism facilities, events and services.
Creation and updating of tourist information resources, including websites, mobile applications and social media pages.
Organization and holding of tourist, image, advertising and information events.
Organization and support of information, press and blog tours.
Preparation and distribution of promotional and informational materials, printed and souvenir products.
Interaction with government agencies, investors, tour operators, mass media, bloggers and other interested parties.
Information support for investment projects in the field of tourism.
Monitoring of the tourism industry and preparation of analytical materials.
Participation in the development and implementation of tourism development programs and plans.
Assistance in holding international, national and regional tourist events.
Providing information support to events in the field of youth tourism.
Promotion of tourist routes and tourist products of the Zhetisu region.
