Municipal State Institution "Regional Center "Rukhani Zhangyru" of the Department of Internal Policy of the East Kazakhstan region

The main goal of the activity is the modernization of public consciousness in 6 areas: competitiveness, pragmatism, the cult of knowledge, openness of consciousness, preservation of national identity, evolutionary development, aimed at the formation of a single nation, looking to the future.- competitiveness; - praiousness;

The following functions are used to achieve the goal:

1) development and implementation of methodological, training manuals and recommendations;

2) involvement of the population, representatives of business and public institutions, including non-governmental and youth organizations in the implementation of the «Rukhani Zhangyru» program;

3) introduction of an IT platform for effective management of the Rukhani Zhangyru program and creation of conditions for active participation of civil society in the implementation of social projects and events;

4) initiation, planning, implementation, monitoring and adjustment, completion of projects and activities aimed at solving the tasks of the «Rukhani Zhangyru» program;

5) creation of an effective project infrastructure, as well as a system for monitoring and evaluating the results achieved in the framework of the Program implementation by the project headquarters of universities, departments, departments, akimats of cities and districts;

6) implementation of a system of continuous project management training for project team members, government officials, business representatives and public institutions, including NGOs and youth organizations;

7) organization of the exchange of experience in the areas of the Program's activities in the form of conferences, seminars, sociological schools, round tables, trainings and other events;

8) conducting training, monitoring the activities of project personnel and interacting with the Central Project Office on effective management of the Program implementation processes in the region.
