The main purpose of the activity is to provide services for the support and development of youth and youth organizations, information and methodological, consulting support and support of youth initiatives, monitoring and analysis of the situation in the youth environment.matism; the cult of knowledge;

To achieve the goals, the following functions are performed:

1) Provide information support for the implementation of state social programs for young people;

2) provide legal, advisory, and methodological assistance to young people and youth organizations;

3) they are actively working to promote employment, career guidance, to activate the volunteer movement and entrepreneurship among young people;

4) support and support youth projects and youth initiatives that activate self-organization and self-realization of the spiritual, cultural and creative potential of young people;

5) they take part in collecting information and studying the activities of youth organizations, youth self-government, youth movements under parties, ethno-cultural centers, human rights, religious and non-governmental organizations of the region working with young people, identifying trends and trends in the youth ranks;

6) they study and participate in the development of recommendations, projects, and a system of measures aimed at improving the social infrastructure for young people;

7) they are actively working to promote the development of leisure activities for young people.
