Municipal state institution «House of Friendship – Center for public consent» of the Department of internal policy of East Kazakhstan region

The main purpose of the institution is to create an effective system of organizational, financial, logistical and other support for the functioning of the Assembly.

The following functions are used to achieve the goal:

1) creating conditions for the activities of ethno-cultural associations of East Kazakhstan region;

2) involvement of ethno-cultural associations and other civil society institutions in solving the tasks of ensuring social harmony and national unity;

3) ensuring interaction with state bodies, budget organizations, public associations, business structures, political parties, mass media;

4) assistance to educational institutions in developing approaches to work with adolescents and young people on the formation of national and state identity;

5) assistance in the development of mechanisms and implementation of measures to prevent and prevent conflicts in inter-ethnic relations;

6) formation and dissemination of ideas of interethnic, inter-confessional harmony and cooperation, spiritual unity, patriotism, ethnic tolerance, culture of peace, trust and responsibility, taking into account the regional characteristics of the economy, culture and social environment;

7) organization of scientific research in the field of state ethnopolitics, study of the sphere of interethnic and interfaith relations;

8) ensuring the organization of cultural, scientific, information exchanges, interregional and international cooperation in the field of preserving the traditions, culture, languages of ethnic groups of the region.
