Providing social, medical and other assistance to persons who do not have a specific place of residence and documents; ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population; strengthening public order in the city, providing special social services taking into account the individual needs of service recipients, focused on improving their personal development, social and labor adaptation;
Provision of special social services for persons released from places of deprivation of liberty and (or) registered with the probation service of the penitentiary Inspectorate; reception of adult recipients of services that do not have contraindications to their stay.
