It is a non-profit organization created in the organizational and legal form of an institution to enhance practical work with youth organizations and coordinate their activities, creating conditions for the educational, professional, spiritual, cultural development of youth. The main goal of the Resource Center is to provide services to support and develop youth and youth organizations. The main functions of the Resource Centers:

1) information and methodological, consulting support and support for youth initiatives;

2) monitoring and analyzing the situation in the youth environment;

3) provides information support for the implementation of state social programs for youth;

4) provides legal, consulting, methodological assistance to youth and youth organizations;

5) creates and presents dialogue platforms for discussing issues arising in the youth environment for the implementation of initiatives in the field of youth policy;

6) provides support and support for youth projects and youth initiatives that activate self-organization and self-realization of the spiritual, cultural and creative potential of youth.
