The staffing of the Department is approved by the resolution of the Akimat of the Ulytau region simultaneously with the approval of the staffing table of the Department.

The Department is headed by the head of the department, who is appointed and dismissed by the order of the head of the Department in accordance with the current legislation.

The activities of the Department are carried out in accordance with the work plan approved by the head of the Department.

The tasks, duties, rights and responsibilities of each employee are determined by job descriptions approved by the head of the Department.

The Department reports to the head of the Department.
