The subject and objectives of the activity of the state institution

1. The activity of the state institution is to assist the local executive body in the formation of state policy, coordination of state and civil institutions and strengthening of social harmony.

2. The purpose of the state institution: to assist the local executive body in ensuring the strengthening of interaction between state and civil institutions and the implementation of state policy to strengthen public associations in the city; to assist the local executive body of the city to meet public goods, social, cultural, spiritual and other needs of citizens.

3. in order to achieve its goal, a state institution carries out the following types of activities:

1) independently solves issues of local importance to support the activities of the local executive body for the implementation of managerial, socio-cultural and other functions;

2) assistance to executive bodies in organizing work in the customs direction:- vital activity of city residents; - solving social problems and issues;- sanitary condition and landscaping;- development of the territory;- carrying out mass cultural, educational, socially significant events on the territory of the city;

3) helps in the implementation of social initiatives (actions, surveys, etc.) of the executive bodies of the city, advises from these initiatives to meet the needs and interests of the residents of the city;

4) submitting proposals to the competent authorities aimed at improving the interaction of state bodies with the state among all types of population;

5) assistance to the executive bodies of the city in monitoring social, cultural, economic and other relations between state bodies and the population; improvement of organizational and organizational mechanisms;

6) to prevent violations of the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal entities when resolving conflict (disputed) issues that do not replace judicial and state bodies in the case of actions related to the protection of violated freedoms and legitimate interests, as well as the protection of the interests of society and the state;

7) assistance to executive bodies in solving issues of urban life related to the activities of condominiums, CPC, utilities, through meetings and meetings with the population, providing communications and roofs of residents, major repairs and heating season;

8) to the local executive body: - formation of a database for accounting of individuals (UFL); - preparation of territorial demographic maps of the city; - work with the population to fill the local budget (various announcements on property and land taxes), - transfer to election commissions of information and materials necessary for elections at all levels, preparation of premises for voting and counting of votes, informing the population about the elections;

9) interaction of territorial councils on criminal actions with state and other bodies (law enforcement agencies, health authorities, prosecutors, public organizations, health authorities, prosecutors, etc.) in matters of ensuring law and order in the relevant territory, organizing events aimed at improving the legal literacy of citizens.
