During the meeting, issues of compliance with the requirements of customs legislation by the owners of temporary storage facilities, as well as the use of navigation seals for tracking shipments were discussed. The participants explained the legal requirements and liability measures, considered the procedure for applying and removing navigation seals, as well as issues of interaction between carriers and the national operator. In addition, the participants identified a number of problematic issues, including the lack of an opportunity for employees of the CBH to promptly view the status of the declaration of goods in the information system.
