Kazalinsky District Department of Public Development

1) participates in the formation and implementation of state policy, coordinates the activities of local state bodies in the field of domestic policy;

2) controls the execution of acts and orders of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decisions, orders, orders and instructions of akims of the Kyzylorda region and Kazaly region, the state institution "Department of internal policy of the Kyzylorda region";

3) participates in the development of conceptual documents, preparation of draft acts of decisions, orders of the akim of the Kazalinsky district on issues falling within the competence of the municipal state institution "Department of internal policy of the Kazaly district";

4) takes part in the activities of youth councils under akimats;

5) implements the state youth policy;

6) ensures the holding of a regional youth forum;

7) conducts a study and analysis of the religious situation in the area;

8) participates in the formation and implementation of the main directions of state policy in the field of interaction with religious associations;

9) takes measures to strengthen Kazakhstani patriotism, interfaith harmony and interethnic tolerance;

10) provides organizational and informational assistance to the small Assembly and its secretariat;

11) monitors social tension and risks of labor conflicts;

12) exercise control over the use (establishment, placement) of state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the territory of the corresponding administrative-territorial unit;

13) makes proposals to law enforcement agencies to prohibit the activities of individuals and legal entities that violate the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on religious activities and religious associations;

14) considers appeals of individuals and legal entities regarding violations of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on religious activity and religious associations;

15) Takes administrative measures against violators of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on non-profit organizations provided for by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Administrative Offenses;

16) exercise, in the interests of local government, other powers assigned to local executive bodies by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
