Department for Mobilization Training, Territorial and Civil Defense of the Karaganda region

The state institution "Department for mobilization training of the Karaganda region" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan that exercises leadership in the coordination of the activities of state institutions and enterprises, regardless of the form of ownership in the organization of ensuring mobilization readiness and territorial defense of the regional scale.

The Department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.

The task of the Department is to ensure the implementation of legislative, regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the akimat and akim of the region and the authorized central executive body in the field of mobilization readiness and territorial defense.
