Legal Management

The main tasks of the Department are:

- ensuring compliance with the rule of law in the activities of the Department and its territorial departments;

- protection of the interests of state revenue bodies in courts and other state bodies in accordance with the procedure established by law;

- participation in the development of draft regulatory legal acts and other legal documents, including the Department;

- promotion and explanation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organization of legal general education in the Department and its territorial departments;

- legal support for the activities of the Department, its territorial and structural divisions.
