Legal and state-legal department of the apparatus of akim of Karasai district

Ensure compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the activities of the office of the mayor, akimat of Karasay district, develop annual events to promote the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the organization of legal education. Participate in the preparation of regulatory legal acts of the akim of Karasay district and the akimat, including by approving them if they are developed by other structural divisions.

Prepare documents on legal issues on behalf of the first Manager. Represent the interests of the akim's office in the Prosecutor's office and other state bodies when considering legal issues of the akim's office. Prepare responses to requests received from individuals and legal entities that fall within the Department's competence. Participate in the development of city Plans and Programs on legal education, anti-corruption, and crime prevention. Monitor regulatory legal acts of the akim and akimat of Karasay district. Interact with government agencies and other legal entities on issues within the competence of the Department. Participate in the development of work plans, draft job descriptions for civil servants of the Department. Represent the interests of the mayor and the office of the mayor of Karasay district in the judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan with all procedural actions, including signing statements, petitions, appeals against definitions, decisions, decisions in the appellate, cassation, Supervisory procedure, requesting the necessary documents.. Perform other duties in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
