Legal and state-legal Department of the office of the mayor of Tarbagatay district

Main functions and activities of the Department:

- Represent in accordance with the established procedure the interests of the state body in court, as well as in other organizations when considering legal issues of the state body's activities;

- coordinate on a permanent basis in the state body the monitoring of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the manner determined by the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- participate in the development of drafts of legal and regulatory legal acts, agreements, procedural documents, as well as other legal documents developed by the state body, including by agreement in the case of their development by other structural divisions of the state body;

- develop and implement annual events to promote the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the organization of legal education in the state body;
