Information and Analytical Department

The Information and Analytical Department performs the following functions: ensuring state control over compliance with the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and, within its competence, other regulatory legal acts in the field of the state labor Inspectorate; consideration of appeals, applications and complaints of employees and employers on labor legislation and taking measures on them; ensuring the organization of social partnership, the work of advisory and advisory bodies, the regional commission for social partnership and regulation of social and labor relations, etc., the creation of reference and information bases on their activities; monitoring and assessment of social tension and risks of labor conflicts in organizations and enterprises of the region; summary and analysis of indicators of state labor inspectors of the region, based on the results of state control over compliance with labor legislation.
