The state institution "Zhanibek district Department of internal policy" (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is an authorized body financed from the district budget, which performs the functions of state administration in the field of internal policy.

Mission, main tasks, functions, rights and duties of a state institution
The mission of the state institution "Zhanibek district Department of internal policy" is to ensure socio-political stability by strengthening the democratic institutions of society and creating a developed information environment.
Main tasks:

1) participation in the formation and implementation of state policy to ensure socio - political stability, as well as strengthening state sovereignty, democratization of social processes and consolidation of society.

2) control over implementation in the district of state bodies and officials of the implementation of domestic policy, and acts and instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akim of Almaty region Department of internal policy of West Kazakhstan oblast akimat on the issues will otnosilsya the competence of Department;

3) participation in the strengthening of democratic institutions of society, explanation and propagation of the basic priorities of Strategy of Kazakhstan development till 2050.

4) coordination of work on the development and implementation of programs to promote and explain the state internal policy, legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the socio-political sphere and internal policy;

5) development of conceptual foundations and practical recommendations in the field of internal policy, as well as proposals for the consolidation of society based on the formation of civil identity, long-term development priorities of Kazakhstan;

6) comprehensive and objective study, generalization and analysis of socio-political processes taking place in the region, and trends in their development;

7) implementation of the state information policy at the district level, coordination of the activities of the district mass media to fulfill the state order for its implementation;

8) conducting sociological and political research aimed at forecasting the socio-political situation in the region;

9) interaction with public associations, political parties, socio-political and religious organizations, trade unions and media representatives;

Functions:

1) participation in state regulation of internal political processes, coordination of activities of local state bodies in the field of internal policy, monitoring, analysis of the socio-political situation in the region, activities of political and other public associations, development of recommendations and organization of work to ensure internal political stability, promotion and education of Kazakhstan patriotism and consolidation of society.

2) ensure control over execution of acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders of the presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees, decisions and orders akim area and area of management of internal policy of West Kazakhstan region.

3) participation in the development of concept documents, preparation and analysis of draft acts of akimats and akims of the region and district on issues within the competence of the Department;

4) participation in the work of regional akimat on improvement of the system of dissemination of information about the area, the activities of the authorities in the socio-political and economic sphere;

5) providing organizational and informational connection with the Department of internal policy of West Kazakhstan region the relevant departments of akim of the district on matters within the competence of Department;

6) regular reporting on the work done in the Department of internal policy of West Kazakhstan region;

7) monitoring and coordination activities of regional representative bodies on issues within the competence of the Department;

8) information-analytical support of activity of akim of the district;

9) the provision of regional public-political and cultural events;

10) coordination and monitoring of activities in advocacy on the state internal policy state institutions of the district;

11) participation in the preparation of materials for the meetings of the district akimat on the most important issues of the internal political life of the district;

12) providing organizational and informational assistance to the Small Assembly and its Secretariat;

13) participation in the development and implementation of concepts and programs that determine state policy in the domestic political sphere, in the field of interethnic relations; ensuring respect for the rights and freedoms of citizens in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

14) on issues related to the competence of the Department to conduct work on the formation, accumulation, generalization and classification of an information database (computer, text);

15) liaising with political parties, national and cultural associations, human rights, religious and other public organizations;

16) participation in the preparation and conduct of regional scientific and practical events aimed at strengthening internal political stability and democratizing political processes in the region;

17) performing organizational, methodological and research work within the competence of the Department together with the departments of the district akim's office;

18) performing other functions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Rights and obligations:

1) request in accordance with the established procedure from state bodies and officials, other organizations and citizens information necessary for the performance of their activities, to participate in the preparation of issues within the competence of the Department to involve employees of state bodies and other organizations, to create temporary working groups to develop appropriate proposals;

2) to make proposals to the akim of the district for improving the activity of state bodies in the sphere of internal policy, to prepare informational-analytical and other materials on issues related to the Department;

3) to give instructions relating to the activities of the Department to the relevant state authorities and officials, to monitor their implementation, as well as participate in events held by local Executive bodies;

4) Finance district programs for the implementation of the state order for youth and information policy at the district level;
