State institution " Department of construction, architecture and urban development of Aktobe region"

The Department of Finance and accounting (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a structural division of the Department of construction, architecture and urban development of the Aktobe region.

The main objectives of the Department are:

Monitoring compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, development of cost estimates by legal entities with execution, storage of funds and material assets;

Main functions and tasks:

Timely preparation and submission of quarterly and annual financial statements;

Organization and conduct of public procurement;

Installation of notifications about the upcoming competition and information on the results of the competition on the web portal of public procurement of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
