State institution "Department of Housing Relation" of the Akimat of the city of Rudny

The task of the housing Relation department is state control in the field of housing management.

1) the organization of a technical survey of the common property of a condominium facility;

2) determination of the list, periods and sequence of carrying out certain types of capital repairs of the common property of the condominium object;

3) coordination of cost estimates for certain types of capital repairs of the common property of the condominium facility, presented by the management body of the condominium facility, financed with the participation of housing assistance;

4) participation in commissions for acceptance of work performed on certain types of capital repairs of the common property of the condominium facility.

5) drawing up protocols and considering cases of administrative offenses;

6) determination of the service organization that performs the functions of the condominium facility management body in the case provided for in paragraph 1-1 of Article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 16, 1997 “On Housing Relations”;

7) checking the availability of a report on the management of the condominium facility upon the appeal of the owners of premises (apartments) of the condominium facility.

The main function of the housing Relation department is to conduct official checks on the activities of condominium entities.

1) compliance with the procedure for the use, maintenance, operation and repair of the common property of owners of premises (apartments) in the condominium facility and in the territories adjacent to the condominium facility;

2) the scope of housing management through verification in accordance with the entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the presence in houses (residential buildings) of common-house metering devices for heat, energy, gas and water resources;

4) the technical condition of the common property of the owners of the premises in the condominium facility and its engineering equipment, the timely execution of works on its maintenance and repair in accordance with the current regulatory, technical and design documents;

5) the implementation of measures to prepare a residential building (residential building) for seasonal operation;

6) the implementation of decisions and orders to eliminate identified violations;

7) in the event of failure to comply with the precept, conducts appropriate work to resolve this issue in court;

8) the preparation and approval of draft normative legal and non-normative acts of the Akimat of the city of Rudny on issues within the competence of a state institution;

9) send normative legal acts for state registration of which the developer is;

10) the quality of work performed on certain types of capital repairs of the common property of the condominium facility.
