Tasks.

1)make proposals to the mayor of the city on the main directions of socio-economic development, priorities and strategies for the development of the region;

2) submit proposals for the consideration of the mayor of the city and the city maslikhat on issues related to the competence of the institution.

3) to involve specialists of enterprises, organizations, public formations of the city in coordination with their head for carrying out inspections and examinations, participation in competitive commissions;

4) conduct negotiations and sign agreements and other legal acts on issues of their competence;

5) in the exercise of their powers to visit objects and enterprises of energy, construction, construction industry, road, water and housing and communal services.

6) to request and receive information from the relevant state authorities, statistical bodies, organizations, institutions and enterprises within their competence to perform the tasks assigned to the state institution;

7) make proposals to the mayor of the city on the main directions of socio-economic development, priorities and strategies for the development of the region;

Functions:

1) issuing orders for works that entail violations of urban improvement and monitoring the restoration of the volume of improvement after the completion of these works;

2) perform the functions of the balance holder of municipal property that is not assigned to other municipal enterprises of the city;

3) maintenance, reconstruction and expansion of street lighting networks, transformer substations, cable and air networks; purchase and installation of lamps, lamps, cable products, lighting network supports;

4) preparation of proposals for opening new, changing and closing existing routes, taking into account changes in passenger traffic;

5) protection of the interests of passengers and other consumers of transport services in accordance with the legislation Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) performs other functions that meet the goals and objectives of the state institution, which do not contradict the current legislation.
