GU " Department of land relations of Kostanay city akimat"

Tasks:

1) implementation of land legislation, decisions of city representative and Executive bodies;;

2) ensuring the availability and quality of public services.

3) performing other tasks in accordance with current legislation.

Functions:

1) identification of ownerless land plots and organization of work on their accounting;

2) Implementation of state policy in the field of land relations regulation;

3) preparation of proposals and draft decisions of the local Executive body of the city of Kostanay on the provision of land plots and changing their purpose;

4) preparation of proposals for compulsory alienation of land plots for state needs;

5) determination of the divisibility and indivisibility of land plots;

6) approval of the cadastral (estimated) value of specific land plots sold to private ownership by the state;

7) organization of land management and approval of land management projects for the formation of land plots;

8) organization of development of land zoning projects, projects and schemes for rational use of land in the city of Kostanay;

9) organization of development of projects of land-economic structure of settlements;

10) Organization of the land sales (tenders, auctions) ;

11) expertise of projects and schemes at city level, relating to the use and protection of lands;

12) compilation of balance of lands of the city of Kostanai;

13) maintenance of records of land owners and land users, as well as other subjects of land relations;;

14) issuance of passports for agricultural land plots;

15) conclusion of contracts for the purchase and sale of land and lease agreements and temporary gratuitous land use and control over the implementation of the terms of the concluded agreements;;

16) preparation of proposals for the issuance of a permit for the use of a land plot for survey work by the local Executive body of the city of Kostanay in accordance with article 71 of the Land code ;

17) preparation of proposals for the transfer of agricultural land from one type to another;

18) identification of lands not used and used in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

19) preparation of proposals for land reservation;

20) preparation and approval of drafts of normative legal acts and regulations of the akimat of Kostanay, which are within the competence of the state institution;

21) ensuring coordination and control over the provision of public services;

22) approval of the land cadastral plan;

23) performs other functions in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan within its competence.
