Organization of the activities of a state institution

The management of the state institution "Department of Employment and Social Programs of the Atbasar district" is carried out by the head, who is personally responsible for the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the state institution and the exercise of its functions.

The head of the state institution is appointed and dismissed by the order of the akim of the Atbasar district.

The head of a state institution has a deputy who is appointed and dismissed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Powers of the first head of a state institution:

distributes and approves the official duties of employees of a state institution;

ensures the targeted use of budget funds allocated for solving tasks and performing the functions of the department;

in accordance with the legislation, appoints and dismisses the head of the department of social assistance at home, needy citizens and other employees of the state institution;

in accordance with the procedure established by law, resolves issues of providing material assistance to employees, encouragement and imposition of disciplinary penalties.

signs the issued acts of the state institution;

represents a state institution in state bodies and other organizations;

bears a personal duty to combat corruption with the establishment of personal responsibility for this;

exercises other powers in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The execution of the powers of the head of a state institution during his absence is carried out by a person replacing him in accordance with the current legislation.

The head determines the powers of his deputy in accordance with the current legislation.
