GU " Department of internal policy of Mendykarinsky district"

The mission of the state institution "Department of internal policy of Mendykarinsky district" is to perform managerial functions in the field of internal policy and youth policy.

Tasks:

1) ensuring and implementing the implementation of the internal policy of the state in the district by local government bodies, in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues related to the competence of the state institution "Department of internal policy of the Mendykarinsky district»;

2) consistent implementation of the state policy on the territory of the district in relation to religions, youth, non-governmental associations, relations with political parties;

3) other tasks stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Functions:

1) organization and enforcement of Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government, akim of the region and district on internal policy;

2) implementation of youth policy, assistance and coordination of activities of youth associations of the district;

3) liaising with political parties, religious and other public associations;

4) taking measures to strengthen Kazakhstan's patriotism. Inter-religious harmony and inter-ethnic tolerance.

5) organizing the activities of regional Councils for religious Affairs, youth policy, and non-governmental associations on various issues of internal policy;

6) control over the use (establishment, placement) of state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the territory of the district;

7) consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities in the field of internal policy;

8) performing other functions stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Rights and responsibilities:

1) within its competence, request and receive the necessary information, documents and other materials from state bodies and other organizations;

2) has the right to be a plaintiff and a defendant in court, on issues related to its competence;

3) exercise other rights and obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
