Department of internal policy of Korgalzhyn district

1. Guide Korgalzhyn district Department of internal policy is the head, who bears personal responsibility for fulfilment of Korgalzhyn district Department of internal policy objectives and the implementation of its functions.
2. The head of the Korgalzhyn district Department of internal policy is appointed and dismissed by the decision of the district Akim.

3. Powers of the head of the Korgalzhyn district Department of internal policy:

4. provides incentives to employees of the Department in accordance with the procedure established by law;

disciplinary actions against employees of the Department;

6. within the limits of its competence, issues orders, gives instructions,
signs service documentation;

7. represents the Department in government agencies and other organizations;

9. the Head of the state institution "Department of internal policy of Korgalzhyn district" is responsible for organizing anti-corruption activities.

Execution of the powers of the head of the Korgalzhyn district Department of internal policy during his absence is carried out by the person who replaces him in accordance with the current legislation.

4. the Staff of the Korgalzhyn district Department of internal policy is headed by the head of the Department, who is appointed and dismissed in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
