Mission, main tasks, functions, rights and obligations

The mission of the state institution "Department of construction of the city of Aktobe":

1) implementation of construction activities and infrastructure development;

2) performing the function of the customer-developer of the construction of health, education, culture and other buildings and the construction of communal property financed from the city budget with the participation of state funds;

3) participation in the implementation of the annual plan in the field of construction and engineering and communal infrastructure of objects financed from the local budget;

4) implementation of activities on the basis of the state construction policy;

5) participation in the organization of the implementation of the state program for the construction of housing and cultural and household objects to provide residents of the socially lower strata;

6) performs other functions that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Tasks:

1) ensuring the full utilization of funds allocated from the city budget for the construction, reconstruction and repair of city objects;

2) preparation of projects for the construction of city objects;

3) ensuring the quality control of the construction of objects;

4) organization of the act of acceptance into operation of objects completed by construction, financed from the state and local budgets, in accordance with state standards;

5) reporting to the mayor's office of the city on the implementation of the construction plan of objects.

Functions:

1)implementation of construction activities and infrastructure development in the territory of the city of Aktobe;

2) organization and control of technological support for the construction of objects;

3) consideration of appeals and applications of individuals and legal entities, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) implementation of interregional relations in the field of construction;

5) organization of control over compliance with legislative and regulatory acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in subordinate construction organizations;

6) making managerial decisions regarding the activities of the construction organization in accordance with their functions, construction tasks, legislation and internal regulations;

7) The state institution "Department of Construction of the city of Aktobe" takes part in the creation, reorganization and liquidation of state institutions, enterprises in the field of construction;

8) The state institution "Department of Construction of the city of Aktobe" performs the functions of a state administration body in relation to state municipal enterprises and state institutions in the field of construction;
