GU "Department of Entrepreneurship, Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine of the Akimat of Kostanay"

Tasks:

1) participation in the implementation of measures to develop support for small and medium-sized businesses;

2) analysis and forecasting of industrial enterprises;

3) participation in the formation and implementation of a unified state policy in the field of agriculture;

4) tasks stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Functions:

1) implementation of the state policy of support and development of private entrepreneurship;

2) ensuring the creation and development of infrastructure facilities in the region to support small and medium-sized businesses and innovation activities;

3) defining a strategy for the development of relations between local executive bodies and associations of private business entities, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kostanay region and market infrastructure facilities;

4) organization of the activities of expert councils;

5) implementation of state policy and coordination in the field of tourism activities in the territory of the city of Kostanay;

6) preparation of draft normative legal and non-normative acts of the Akimat of Kostanay city;

7) monitoring and control over compliance with legislation in the field of trade, including over the excess of marginal prices for food and other goods by subjects of trading activity within the competence;

8) analysis and monitoring of the development program of the city of Kostanay;

9) implementation of state support for the subjects of the agro-industrial complex in accordance with the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in this area;

10) implementation of the state technical inspection in the field of development of the agro-industrial complex;

11) collecting operational information in the field of the agro-industrial complex and providing it to the local executive body (akimat) of the region;

12) keeping records of food stocks in the city of Kostanay and submitting reports to the local executive body of the region;

13) implementation of exhibition and fair activities;

14) performing other functions within its competence in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

15) monitoring compliance with the size of the trade allowance for socially important food products;

16) identify places where it is prohibited to walk pets or stay with animals for other purposes, and also, if necessary, equip places for walking pets.;

17) organize information support for the activities of animal shelters and social advertising aimed at transferring animals to new owners, searching for owners of lost animals, informing about the need to sterilize pets;

18) organize the regulation of the number of stray animals;

19) monitoring compliance with remuneration established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of trading activities;
