Mission of the "Department of entrepreneurship, industry and tourism":

- defining priority areas and ensuring a unified policy in the field of business development and support;

- participation in the development and implementation of state and regional programs for the development and support of entrepreneurship;

- participation in the development and implementation of regional programs to increase the capacity of industrial enterprises;

14. Tasks:

- assistance in creating favorable conditions for attracting investments, including foreign ones;

- contributing to the formation and formation of the district infrastructure for supporting entrepreneurship, the development of a network of business incubators, business centers;

- interaction with banks, financial and micro-credit organizations on financing and lending in priority areas;

2. Functions:

- consideration of appeals from state bodies, organizations and citizens, submission of opinions on issues of support and protection of entrepreneurship;

- monitoring the effectiveness of the use of financial resources aimed at supporting and developing entrepreneurship;

- implementation of the development of foreign economic relations;

- study, analysis and forecasting of the situation in domestic and foreign trade;

- implementation of a unified strategy to attract investment for the development of the industry. Expansion and reconstruction of existing organizations and other products in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- implementation of the main directions of the state policy on tourism development, development and implementation of long-term, current, targeted programs on the problems of tourism development;

- coordinating the activities of various organizations of the district for the development of international and domestic tourism, strengthening and rational, effective use of the material and technical base, organizing scientific research and other areas of their activities;

- implementation of a unified strategy to attract investment for the development of the industry. Expansion and reconstruction of existing organizations, including for the production of tourist and other products, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

- implementation of the organization of information and advertising and publishing industry through the mass media, print, radio;

- television, training, participation in international exhibitions and fairs; - participation in the development and implementation of regional programs, capacity building of industrial enterprises and development of production infrastructure;

- working days-Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 9: 00 to 18:00 hours, lunch break from 13:00 to 14: 00 hours, weekends – Saturday, Sunday.

3. Rights and obligations:

- participation in improving the quality and competitiveness of domestic products;

- assistance in creating favorable conditions for attracting investments, including foreign ones;

- providing scientific and methodological assistance to local Executive bodies, other state and non-state institutions, organizations, enterprises on issues of industrial and innovative development;

- participation in the development and implementation of regional programs of industrial and innovative development;

- participation in the selection and evaluation of investment projects of regional economic or social significance in accordance with priority areas for their promotion in the development institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- assistance in the implementation of international quality standards ISO 9000 at the enterprises of the region;

- study, analysis and forecasting of industrial situations, development of regional programs and indicative plans on this basis, organizational and methodological support for their implementation;

- participation in the selection and evaluation of industrial reform projects in accordance with the priority directions defined in the program documents;

- assistance to companies, enterprises, associations and other production collectives in organizing the development of production of goods and services in a variety of forms of ownership;

- participation in the development of import substitution industries, export diversification;
