State Institution "Department of Internal Policy, Culture, Development of Languages and Sports of the Ayagoz District"

The direction of the department:

implementation of a unified state policy for the development of the linguistic sphere, culture and art, sports in the region.

Department functions:

participation in state regulation of processes occurring in the field of culture and the functioning of languages; implementation and monitoring of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, resolutions of the akimat, decisions, orders and instructions of the akim of the region and region; preparation and examination of draft resolutions of the akimat, decisions, orders of the akim on issues within the competence of the department; ensuring organizational and informational communication with the departments of culture and language development of the East Kazakhstan region on issues falling within the competence of the department; ensuring control and coordination of the activities of cultural institutions of all forms of ownership, of executive bodies on issues within the competence of the department; participation in significant republican, regional and local socio-political, cultural events; participation in the preparation of materials for meetings of the akimat on the development of cultural and leisure activities and language policy in the district; providing organizational, advisory, methodological and informational assistance to institutions and organizations within their competence; participation in the development and implementation of concepts, programs that determine state policy in the field of culture and art, the development and functioning of languages ​​in the Republic of Kazakhstan; the implementation of work on the formation, accumulation, generalization and classification of an information database; the implementation of relations with national-cultural, religious and other public associations; carries out the functions of public administration, coordination and state control in the field of physical education and sports, creates conditions for the implementation of the development program of physical education and sports in the field; develops the creative, spiritual and physical capabilities of the individual, forms a solid foundation of morality and a healthy lifestyle, fostering citizenship and patriotism, love for their homeland - the Republic of Kazakhstan, respect for state symbols, respect for folk traditions; organizes training and retraining, advanced training of personnel in the field of physical education and sports, petitioning higher organizations for the assignment of a special honorary title in the field of physical education and sports and assign their competencies to sports titles and ranks, referee categories, categories of physical education and sports workers; manages the work of sports schools and physical education teams, coordinates their activities, opens sections on sports and sports schools in the field; submit statistical reports to higher authorities on issues of preschool, secondary general, primary, vocational and secondary vocational education on the development of physical education and sports and accept reports from downstream groups; at certain times, they hold training camps to prepare athletes, members of sports teams to participate in Republican and regional competitions, hold competitions among schoolchildren, youth and the local population, conduct tournaments, competitions, sports and athletics competitions in various sports; providing organizational, advisory, methodological and informational assistance to institutions and organizations within their competence.
