Tasks:
- Implementation of state policy in the sphere of culture and language policy, creating conditions for Patriotic and aesthetic education of citizens;
- Revival, preservation, development and dissemination of historical and cultural heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Creating conditions for the development of national and cultural identity, preserving the continuity of cultural traditions, supporting talented individuals;
- Ensuring free access to cultural values, improving the work of the city's club institutions, libraries, museums, and city parks;
- Development of infrastructure and strengthening of the material and technical base of urban organizations in the sphere of culture and language development.
