Tasks:

• management of municipal property of the city;
• ensuring the organization and conduct of unified public procurement according to the list of goods, works, and services determined by the authorized body.

Functions:

• coordinating the work of state bodies in the field of public procurement and compiling consolidated reports on public procurement;
• maintenance of the register of municipal property, monitors the use of municipal property of the city;
• ensuring control over the execution and safety of municipal property of the city;
• work on all objects of municipal property of the city in the property lease (rent), asset management to individuals and non-state legal entities without a right of subsequent redemption, with a right to repurchase or a right of subsequent transfer of property to small businesses at no charge, and the transfer of public property of the city in the collateral and gratuitous use;
• calculates the rental fee (penalty) for the property hire (lease) of the entire hired property as a whole or separately for each of its component parts in a fixed amount of payments made periodically or at a time, which is provided for in the contract;
• organization of accounting, storage, evaluation and further use of municipal property of the city, converted (received) in the municipal property of the city on separate grounds;
• monitoring the performance of the Trustee's obligations under the contract of trust management of municipal property of the city;
• implementation of privatization of municipal property of the city, including may involve an intermediary for the organization of the privatization process, provides an assessment of the object of privatization, prepares and concludes contracts of sale of the object of privatization and controls compliance with the terms of contracts of sale;
• performing other functions within its competence in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
