State institution " Department of architecture, urban planning and construction of Mendykarinsky district"

One of the main areas of work of the Department is the implementation of the housing construction Program and the construction of engineering and communication infrastructure.

The main functions are:

- conducting public procurement of works (services), goods for the development of design and estimate documentation, construction and (or) reconstruction of objects, author's and technical supervision:

- organization of works on acceptance of objects (complexes) put into operation in accordance with the procedure established by law:

- transfer of completed construction objects to the operating organization:

- implementation of gender policy within its competence:

- implementation of internal control in accordance with the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

- timely preparation, provision of reports and information on issues of its competence to the relevant bodies for the implementation of acts of the President, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, resolutions of the akimat, decisions and orders of the regional akim, decisions and orders of the city akim:

- exercise in the interests of local government other powers assigned to local Executive bodies by the Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
