The maslikhat apparatus of the Karatal district

1. Approval of plans, economic and social development programs of the corresponding territory, local budgets and reports on their implementation, including approval of budget 
 programs implemented by akims of districts in the city, town, village, district (a) value (separately for each district in the city, city of district significance, settlement, aulu (village), 
 aul (rural) district);
2. Approval of the program for the protection of the environment and the use of the corresponding territories and expenditures for the protection, rehabilitation of the 
 environment, as well as the resolution of these issues in compliance with the legislation of the region;
 3. Approval of the representation of the scheme of management of the administrative-territorial unit, formed on the basis of the standard structure of local government, 
 approved by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4. The decision of questions directed to them of questions of local administrative-territorial device and determination of borders of the organization of local community; 
 agreement of the decision of the session of the maslikhat of the staff of the corresponding akimat on the representation of the akim;
5. Review of reports of the heads of executive bodies and contributions to the relevant bodies, representations on the responsibility of officials of state bodies, as well as 
 organizations for non-fulfillment of decisions;
6. Execution in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the authority to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of citizens;
7. In accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative violations, confirmation of the rules for violation of which administrative liability is established;
8. Control over the implementation of plans, economic and social programs for the development of the corresponding administrative-territorial unit, local budget;
9. Training of permanent commissions and other bodies of maslikhat, listening to reports on their activities, decision of these issues, related to the organization of work of maslikhat;
10. Approval of the program of employment of the population and reduction of poverty;
11. Approval of the representation of the akim's staff by the advisory and consultative bodies in the akimat on issues of interdepartmental character;
12. Assignment of the title of "Honorary Citizen of the region (city, district):
13. Execution of regulation of land relations in accordance with the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
14. Assistance to citizens and organizations of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the 
 President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, normative legal acts of central and local state bodies;
15. Execution of these powers, established by the current Law and such legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
