Main tasks of the Department of monitoring of public services and digitalization of the Beineu district akim's Office

1) ensuring the improvement of the quality of public services provided;

2) Monitoring compliance with the requirements of standards and regulations of public services;

3) ensuring that consumers of public services are aware of the procedure for providing public services;

4) monitoring of compliance with the terms of rendering state services to state bodies;

5) providing methodological and practical assistance to state bodies in the provision of public services;

6) providing relevant information to non-governmental organizations conducting public monitoring in accordance with the procedure established by law;

7) consideration of complaints and appeals of consumers of public services related to public services;

8) conducting inspections of the activities of local Executive bodies on the issues of execution of orders for public services in accordance with the instructions of the district akim, Deputy akim of the district and the head of the district akim's office;

9) submission of materials and documents on supervised issues to the district akim for consideration;

10) compliance with the unified requirements in the field of information security.

11) implementation of the requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of President and government, resolutions of akimats region and district, decisions and orders akim area and area, decisions of maslikhats and other documents provided by the Department of monitoring of public services.
