Housing and communal services of Sairam region
General information
It is a local executive body authorized to perform functions of housing and communal services, improvement of settlements of the region, coordination of activities of organizations and enterprises, regardless of the form of ownership and departmental subordination in matters of housing and communal services, improvement, cleaning and planting of greenery in settlements of the region. The department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, decisions of local executive and representative bodies of the region, villages with rural districts, as well as the Regulations.
