State institution «Department of internal policy of Kaztalovsky district of West Kazakhstan region»

Mission: the State institution "Department of internal policy of the Kaztalovsky district of the West Kazakhstan region" implements state policy and ensures socio-political stability in the district and the concilidation of society.

Tasks:

participation in the formation and implementation of state policies to ensure socio-political stability, as well as to strengthen state sovereignty, democratize social processes and consolidate society;
coordination of execution in the region by state bodies and officials of the implementation of the internal policy of the state, as well as the state budget, as well as acts and instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Akimat of the region and district, Department of internal policy of the West Kazakhstan region on issues related to the competence of the Department;
participation in strengthening the democratic institutions of society, explaining and promoting the main priorities of the development Strategy of Kazakhstan until 2030;
coordination of work on the development and implementation of programs to promote and explain the state internal policy, legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on internal policy issues, and the socio-political sphere;
development of conceptual foundations and practical recommendations in the field of domestic policy, as well as proposals for the consolidation of society based on the formation of civil identity, long-term development priorities of Kazakhstan;
comprehensive and objective study, generalization and analysis of socio – political processes in the region and their development trends;
implementation of the state information policy at the district level, coordination of the activities of regional mass media to fulfill the state order for its implementation;
conducting sociological and political research on the forecast of the socio-political situation in the region;
interaction with public associations, non-governmental organizations, political parties, socio-political and religious organizations, trade unions, mass media, and representatives of the public;
ensures consistency of interaction in the activities of state administration bodies and non-state structures in the field of education and sports, culture and language development in the implementation of state policy in the field of social development;
performs the work of permanent commissions under the Deputy akim of the district on social issues.

Functions:

participation in state regulation of internal political processes, coordination of local authorities ' activities in the field of internal politics, organization of monitoring, analysis and forecasting of the social and political situation in the region, activities of political parties and other public associations, development of recommendations and organization of work to ensure internal political stability and education of Kazakhstan patriotism;
ensuring the implementation of acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the government of the Republic, orders of the Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees of akimat, decision and orders, orders of akim of the region, district, Department of internal policy of West Kazakhstan region;
participation in the development of concept documents, preparation and analysis of draft acts of the akimat and akim of the district on issues within the competence of the Department;
participation in the work of the district akimat to improve the system of dissemination of information about the district, on the activities of government bodies in the socio-political and economic sphere;
providing organizational and informational communication with the Department of internal policy of the West Kazakhstan region by the relevant departments of the district akim's office on issues within the competence of the Department;
providing regular reports on the work carried out to the Department of internal policy of the West Kazakhstan region;
ensuring control and coordination of the activities of state institutions of the district on issues within the competence of the Department;
information and analytical support of the district akim's office;
ensuring the holding of regional socio-political and cultural events;
coordination of information and propaganda work of rural district akims, state institutions of the district, and mass media on issues of internal state policy;
participation in the preparation of materials for meetings of the district akimat on the most important issues of the internal political life of the district;
implementation of work on the formation, accumulation, generalization and classification of information databases (computer, text);
liaising with non-governmental organizations, political parties, members of the public, religious and other organizations;
participation in the preparation and conduct of regional scientific and practical events aimed at strengthening internal political stability and democratization of political processes in the region;
implementation of organizational, methodological and research work within the competence of the Department together with the divisions of the district akim's office;
exercise other powers in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
