State institution "Department of architecture, town-planning and construction of Baiterek district"

Tasks:

1) realization of the main directions of the state policy in the field of architecture, town-planning and construction on the territory of the district;

2) organization and implementation of supervision over the implementation of construction projects, facilities in accordance with the approved town-planning documentation, observance of architectural and construction disciplines, territorial rules of construction of the territory;

3) ensuring the targeted use of budget funds intended for the implementation of work on the design, construction and reconstruction of facilities;

4) implementation of projects developed for the construction and reconstruction of social facilities, education, housing, utilities, water supply, engineering and communication infrastructure in the territory of the district.

Functions:

1) implementation of customer functions for the development of town-planning documentation, design, construction and reconstruction of facilities;

2) organization and conduct of tenders for the development of town-planning documentation, design, construction and reconstruction of facilities;

3) participation in the work of the commission on the acceptance in the order established by the legislation of the objects put into operation;

4) interaction with regional subdivisions of the state expertise of projects, state architectural and construction control, licensing bodies on issues of protection of state, public and private architectural interests;

5) establishment of the state town-planning cadastre of the district level;

6) ensuring compliance with the legislation, state regulations and approved in the order established by the construction norm and project documentation in the field of construction activities.

7) preparation of proposals to local executive bodies on placement of objects and complexes, provision of land plots for town-planning purposes and their use for state needs in cases provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
