The office of the akim of Zhangalinsky rural district is a state institution that ensures the activity of the akim of Zhangalinsky rural district and performs other functions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The office of the akim carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts and the Statute of the staff of akim of Zhangalinsky rural district.
